Ministry of Defence declares 39 staff Common Purpose trained at minimum cost of £154,000
The Ministry of Defence declares that 39 'Senior and Fast Stream' staff have been Common Purpose trained. The MOD appears to be pushing the fact that senior and 'better quality staff' have been selected for Common Purpose training. Just what are MOD staff doing aligning themselves with a pro EU political charity. They should not be connected with any political organisations. How many meetings are these people having under Chatham House rules of secrecy?

DLO declares £37,000 spent on CP training as at 2005. Their letter seems a little uncertain quoting "on the information we have available". Is information being witheld from Freedom of Information release? CP operates under the Chatham House rule for secrecy in meetings. How can this be justified within a national defence organisation?

CP Expanding Your networks Programme Day hosted by Col Nick Turner British Army at Chetwynd Barracks 27 September 2005. Content concerns "diverse approaches to leadership" , "leadership in Action", and networking across the region. The full day will almost certainly have been paid for by the MOD, and thus provides a FREE venue and lunch for CP paid for by the taxpayer.

CP Application Form Plymouth 2003. Note that participants are SELECTED by a Common Purpose Advisory Group, consisting of senior leaders in Plymouth. Cost is £3,850 plus VAT. This is the creation of a select elitest club. Advisory group includes Commodore Andrew Mathews Royal Navy yet CP is known to require loyalty to CP, and is pro EU and therefore political. Serving military officers are not permitted to be politically involved, nor to have allegiance to groups over and above their Sovereign.
