Common Purpose told to vacate DCSF Moorfoot offices (03/02/2010)

Education

Common Purpose are instructed by the Department for Children Schools and Families DCSF to vacate office space they have been occupying at Moorfoot Sheffield. How much rent were CP paying for this facility? Or were they staying for 'free'...that is at cost to the taxpayer? Are you a Sheffield taxpayer, if so please ask the DCSF for the details. We understand that CP has been closing a number of offices across UK as CP fails to network sufficient money from the public purse in course fees. On Tue, 12/1/10, info@dcsf.gsi.gov.uk wrote:

Thank you for your request for information dated 12/11/2009. You requested that we provide copies of all e mail traffic or letters between Mr Cliff Rowe and Common Purpose and Sir David Bell from February 2008.   Following a search of the Department’s paper and electronic records, I have established that there has been no direct communications between the parties you mention other than the copy of the agreement to occupy Moorfoot which Cliff Rowe has previously sent you.

Mr Rowe has retired but his deputy at the time, Terry Atkin , did correspond with Common Purpose and a copy of his letter is attached.  You will note that the purpose of this correspondence was to serve notice on Common Purpose to vacate Moorfoot by 28 May 2010 prior to the relocation by DCSF to a new much smaller building in Sheffield this summer. Common Purpose will not be relocating with DCSF.   Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding. If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.

If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled, you should make a complaint to the Department by writing to me within two calendar months of the date of this letter. You complaint will be considered by an independent review panel, who were not involved in the original consideration of your request.   If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint to the Department, you may then contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

CP Advisory Group Sheffield (02/04/2009)

CP Advisory Groups

Sheffield Advisory Group Agenda for meeting held at Sheffield Newspapers. The agenda says little about the purpose of the meeting but these are the people who are the "eyes and ears" for CP in Sheffield and will identify, select and reject new CP graduates. Note recruitment is a key subject in the agenda. Those chosen will be in positions of power and influence, and will certainly include those controlling public sector funding from which CP can draw. In many cities the CP dupes and controls local newspaper editors and staff so that the local news can be 'moulded' to support the new common purpose. Public sector fraud and corruption goes unreported. Reporting on complaints or criticism of the Local Authorities, Quangos and CP linked bodies will be suppressed to align with the common purpose. Nationally Common Purpose has now created the Media Standards Trust to monitor national media and press reporting. Tighter CP control of the national 'news' will follow. The general public will usually be totally unaware that CP's political agenda is being spread in their city behind closed doors. Is this the case in Sheffield?

CP Sheffield Corporate Corruption with a Common Purpose (02/04/2009)

CP Corruption

Response to letter from Sheffield City Council Chief Executive Officer John Mothersole detailing Corporate, Institutional and Council Corruption involving amongst others Common Purpose. Please read this very detailed letter exposing massive corporate corruption with the help of Common Purpose. The author highlights many points including secrecy, lies, cover-ups, misuse of public money and more. This pattern of politically backed corruption with a common purpose is replicated in many other major cities. It forms part of a political agenda to break down democratic control and probity.

CP Sheffield Recruiting August 07 (01/02/2009)

CP Training Documents

CP document advertising courses and recruiting. Note that it states access to education funding has been achieved. CP targets your children for political purposes without the knowledge of parents. In many cases even Local Councillors have no idea that CP is feeding from scarce education money and budgets. Yet this pernicious political charity is 'approved' by the highest levels of the present corrupt new labour administration.

Sarah Clarkson CP controls Simon Gilby of Sheffield Primary Care Trust (09/01/2009)

CP Deception and Lies

This document contains two emails from Sara Clarkson Common Purpose to Simon Gilby Sheffield Primary Care Trust NHS. In the first email Mrs Clarkson warns Simon Gilby that "you will be aware that a very small group of people are making some strange, untrue, and in some cases defamatory, claims about Common Purpose". (This is a typical CP statement which attempts to undermine members of the public asking legitimate questions about CP activities and fees within the public sector). She advises him to assist CP to "showcase Common Purpose's positive impact" in order to overcome the efforts of the public to expose where and how their money is being spent..

In the second email Mrs Clarkson warns Mr Gilby of an article in the Yorkshire post which focused on CP's free use of office space within the Department of Children, Schools and Families. The office being used for free, and at the taxpayers expense since 1997.

These emails demonstrate the deceitful nature of Common Purpose and its ability to manipulate public sector employees in their place of work, unseen to the ordinary member of the general public.

Firstly the emails are addressed to Mr Gilby by his official email address, at his place of work in the National Health Service during the working day. Common Purpose lies by stating that the work of CP graduates is only conducted in a personal capacity. Clearly this is not true. Secondly the email is circulated In Confidence to Common Purpose Advisory Group members. As such the email traffic is secretive although the CP courses are overwhelmingly paid for with public money, as documents on this site demonstrate. Surely the general public have a right to know just what their money is paying for? Thirdly, Common Purpose is not entitled to use 'free' or 'pro bono' accommodation within government facilities which are themselves paid for from the public purse, particularly where no formal lease or service agreements are held. Did the tax office know of these benefits?

The basic question remains...just why is a politically motivated charity able to work through its secretive members in the public sector at tax payers expense?

Description of psychological manipulation within a Local Authority (30/09/2008)

CP Mind Techniques

This document provides a very astute analysis of a disfunctional Local Authority and the use of psychological techniques to control people within the organisation, and to attack those challenging the practices of the Local Authority. Is this description Common Purpose at work? Where did the individuals learn such practices? Were they taught them, and if so where? We leave you to judge. Comments on this article would be appreciated, especially from those witnessing or experiencing such practices.

CP Graduates List Sheffield (19/09/2008)

CP Graduate Lists

A fine selection of future leaders trained by pro-EU Common Purpose. As a taxpayer were you aware of these people in your council. hospital or police service. Are you happy to have paid for their courses? They can now "lead outside authority" and understand the "levers of power". Are they still accountable for their actions? CP is also pro big international banks. The Chief Executive is particularly keen on German bankers. Unfortunately these people have created a debt mountain which is now collapsing.

Sheffield Chief Exec Refuses to release CP Expenditure 1 Sep 2008 (02/09/2008)

CP Finances

Series of letters showing yet another example of a major authority, Sheffield, refusing to release expenditure on Common Purpose. A Freedom of Information request is refused by Liz Bashforth Assistant Chief Executive Sheffield Legal and Governance. Records of CP expenditure are too scattered to be able to locate them within a sensible time frame. The truth is that Sheffield does not want this expenditure released. This pattern of refusal is repeated across the country, and is now assisted by Common Purpose using their graduates within Councils. Such action has resulted in breaches of Data Protection in some authorities. Why is Sheffield not proud to declare its expenditure of your money on this wonderful charity?

CP_Elite Trainer gets 11 year state freebie Yorkshire Post (24/08/2008)

UK Government Departments

The Yorkshire Post Tuesday May 6 2008 exposed that CP had received free office accommodation within the Government Department for Children, Schools, and Familes in Sheffield for 11 years at a cost to the taxpayer of £5,000 p.a. Not surprisingly there were no records of tenancy or rental agreements. Surely this must be misappropriation and or fraudulent abuse of public money? This is not an isolated incident as CP regularly uses public facilities, time and expertise to support its programmes, which it then claims are carried out by individuals in their private time.
