Why do we need to reframe the behaviour of our public servants. Did the individuals understand they were being mentally reframed to change their behaviour at the time? A Freedom of Information request has revealed a massive spend of £279,017.15 by the Ministry of Justice on Common Purpose training. The Department is unable to name names as usual. So a government department which should be 100% impartial is training staff in the Common Purpose pro-EU political agenda. Since Common Purpose encourages meetings behind closed doors and networking of 'graduates' to exert power outside their authority we can be sure of the high standards of probity in the Ministry of Justice.
What of cases such Cressida Dick (Senior Common Purpose graduate) who was in charge at the death of Charles Demendez. Which other graduates were involved in proceedings? Were their interests declared to the general public?

The London Borough of Sutton has spent £11,907.67 on Common Purpose mind bending training for three of its staff. The attached invoice and receipts show that three people stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn London Sutton @£119 per night. This was in addition to a massive £10,000 training bill by the Common Purpose company Civilla Ltd (Developing Common Purpose world wide).
The Training is clearly described as Leadership Behaviours training. Behaviour modification is a form of Neuro Linguistic Programming NLP and is designed to change the views, values and behaviour of individuals to make them adopt a common or consensus view as their own belief system. This form of training is used by cults to achieve a slavish adherence to the cult aims and objectives. Due to the unpredictable impact on the subconscious mind, all such training gives rise to risks of adverse mental reactions such as mood swings, personality changes and mental illness in some people. Such effects have been observed by our researchers and reported to this site by individuals concerned about friends and relatives. When learning about Common Purpose's mind bending courses we should remember their hidden actions to link CP trained graduates (behaviour modified people) in a controlling political network of 're-framed' individuals. This is of great concern and particularly so when CP is colluding with key bodies such as the Independent Police Complaints Commission to prevent members of the public learning what CP is really doing. Fascinating document, originating from the research team in Westminster, which provides a briefing on 'Eurosceptics warning of the abolition of parliament in Westminster, the takeover by the EU (including Regionalisation), and those members of the general public warning about the activities of Common Purpose. An email from the Westminster library has stated that no MP or other person 'commissioned' this work.....the topics were simply decided upon by the researcher herself. Unlikely? We think so.
The research on Common Purpose covers some early CP expose papers by David Noakes but somehow fails to report on the wealth of websites, blogs and other web based sites posting documents, emails and material exposing Common Purpose, including this site. One could imagine that she was unable to give too much detail for fear of attracting MP to sources of real information

Freedom of Information Reply showing London Fire service has spent £11,000 on Common Purpose for training of 3 staff. Fire Service staff have attended other Common Purpose events but they claim there were no costs attached. What about travel costs and professional time for example? What prejudices has CP removed from these firemen? How are they better equipped to fight fires having been trained in who operates the "levers of power" in their area for example? Your taxes paid of course.

The following two documents show that Chief Inspector Ellie Bird completed a Common Purpose course as a senior police officer for West Midlands police. As is usual for CP, this brought her into the ‘leadership realm’ of the German Banks. Next she moves to British Transport Police. Installed in her new post with BTP, they spend a massive £47,000 on Common Purpose training. Ms Bird is Training Co-ordinator. In addition, and as a Common Purpose graduate herself, she then makes recommendation within BTP as to what information on Common Purpose should be released to the public. Isn’t this a vested interest?

Middleton suggests people have no idea what public appointments are, and that they think the system is a fix. Where does Mrs Middleton get her knowledge and experience from to be briefing such a committee, particularly where her own organisation is highly selective and secretive under the Chatham House rule? Just who are these ladies?, and why have they been elevated to have direct influence on government - contacts with the Work Foundation, DEMOS, Clore Duffield and others?

The CP role of ODPM has now been taken over by the Communities and Local Government department, which has made CP a "government approved training organisation" alongside the TAVISTOCK INSTITUTE. BBC reply to FOI request re Mr Harding who sits on CP London Advisory Board. According to the BBC he does this in his private time. This response just happens to be in line with written guidance from CP to organisations trying to prevent them from revealing CP documentation. The BBC admits that it has spent £47,260 with CP, and this is taxpayers money. Yet we are to believe that all their employees work for CP in their private time. Why is the BBC so shy of sharing the detailed information of their relationship with CP?
