List of some 600 names of graduates in Liverpool. An area where BBC Merseyside vigorously defended Common Purpose on the BBC Radio Merseyside Programme Friday 27 March 2009. Mr Ken Pye Common Purpose programme manager refused or was unable to come on the show to face questions from Brian Gerrish. The BBC itself is riddled with CP graduates but why would the show host Mr Roger Phillips be so dogged in his defence of CP? As a regular participant in their training events was he advertising for them? Certainly he was not interested in looking at the documentary evidence on this site.
By coincidence I was sent the following piece by email by a site visitor on Saturday 28 March 2009
I was bullied by a manager for over 12 months. I made a formal complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman with regards to the way Liverpool City Council dealt with my Grievance and Appeal. I was informed that they were unable to investigate personnel matters. The Grievance was based on Bullying and Oppressive Behaviour the witness’ where not questioned on these matters. There are 34 County Councils and 238 District Councils in England, 32 in Scotland and 22 in Wales. How many employees have been subjected to Bullying and Oppressive Behaviour by managers who have in effect dealt with the matters internally and reached the required result the council wishes to achieve. Local councils investigate there own complaints, which I feel is a conflict of interest. I feel this matter needs addressing and the way to achieve this is through Legislation in the House of Commons, by introducing a Local Government Bill, or Parliament to extend the powers of the Local Government Ombudsman to include personnel issues. Is this a coincidence? Bullying, fraud and corruption are seen in Authorities penetrated by Common Purpose. Sheffield is a prime example.

The Know course is a classic example of the elitest nature of Common Purpose since the inference is that if you are not a CP chosen "leader" you are not "in the know" i.e. you are a non person, ill informed. This is classic psychological manipulation to create bonding to a CP aligned group.

Graduate list for Common Purpose the Know course Manchester. Note the mix of business, public sector and police. What were they taught. Now they are CP graduates they will be able to network unseen to the general public using the Chatham House rule to hide their activities. Of course only the elite are in the 'know'. Ordinary people are excluded.
Note participation of Elspeth Rogers Independent Police Complaints Commission. Of course we can expect Miss Rogers to be 'independent' when a complaint is made that police forces are blocking the release of Freedom of Information requests concerning Common Purpose activities and expenditure. In one instance a police office threatened a member of the public making an FOI request concerning Common Purpose with being branded vexatious. In another case a police force has broken Data Protection rules by releasing the names of individuals making FOI request concerning the police and CP. This is an insidious and dangerous breakdown of probity and confidentiality.

Belfast City Council responds to a Freedom of Information request and reports the names of individuals having been Common Purpose trained. They include both Councillors and Officers
This response is interesting as Common Purpose is working very hard to prevent authorities actually revealing the names of graduates. As the researcher will see from many of the documents in the Archives, authorities and organisations do not like to reveal names and these are usually redacted or blanked out of documents released to the public. If one organisation is happy to release, then why should the others be so shy?

Thanks to www.politics.ie where a contributor had noticed that Common Purpose had removed names from their website. Why would they do this? Surely Common Purpose would be proud to list and boast of members? Common Purpose is hiding everything it does...the amount of public money spent on it....discussions under Chatham House rules......offices in HM Prisons....graduates. Please read the documents already posted on this site to understand the political objective that Common Purpose is working to achieve ......a society changed by Common Purpose leaders and led by Common Purpose leaders.

Are you happy to have paid for their courses? They can now "lead outside authority" and understand the "levers of power". Are they still accountable for their actions? CP is also pro big international banks. The Chief Executive is particularly keen on German bankers. Unfortunately these people have created a debt mountain which is now collapsing.

Example of Met Police Officers trained by CP under the MATRIX residential course. Circa 43 officers probably charged at CP price of £3950 plus VAT, say £4500, gives a cost to the taxpayer of circa £193,500. Note Cressida Dick the officer later in charge when Charles de Menendez was murdered in the London Tube incident. She was later promoted to head security of the British Royal Family. Note her course was Oxford - a hotbed of CP development and training. Most recently between Oxford University and the Said Business School.

The following list is a small sample of BBC CP trained people. These courses have been paid by the licence payer but the BBC then tries to say this is for the benefit of the individual in their personal time. Nice of the taxpayer to be so generous. The pro EU CP training may help to explain the BBC's pro EU and anti British stance. Remember that the BBC has also borrowed money from European Banks. Whoever pays the piper calls the tune.

CP uses a system where they 'top up' courses by giving preferred people cheap places. All of these people will have been taught under the Chatham House rule where neither the speaker (of a subject) nor the meeting must be revealed. Participants network under Chatham House rules as 'future leaders'. They have been taught to drive CHANGE, but change from what to what?
